Learning Consultant / Experiential Design Lead

At SDI, our Learning Consultants are individuals that have a passion for performance and know how to ensure that any of the learning experiences we design and develop are going to impact performance and results as opposed to just training. A strong Learning Consultant understands the entire employee lifecycle, how to access learning needs, how to motivate people, and how to change behavior in the work place. Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing large initiatives – including team members and clients – by maintaining project plans, keeping an eye on the big picture, and connecting the dots between sub-project components
  • Building and sustaining client partnerships through excellent communication, a strong point of view, and honesty
  • Uncovering new client opportunities and scoping work
  • Approaching learning needs with an experiential mindset
  • Leveraging your curiosity to conduct performance-based research to uncover learning needs and gaps
  • Applying new and innovative strategies to design and develop robust learning experiences that drive performance
  • Coaching younger staff throughout project completion
  • Exhibiting pride in our work through attention to detail within and across deliverables, and verbally when sharing with clients

Requirements for this Position Include:

Senior Performance Consultant

Requirements for this Position Include:

  • College degree with 6+ years of experience leading people and large-scale performance-based initiatives (ideally with an Organizational Design/Performance Consulting background)

Designer/Developer

What We’re Looking For

SDI Clarity is looking for an Experience Developer who is passionate about learning new styles and techniques. Responsibilities will include sketching wireframes, designing mockups, and coding full user experiences. They will work with designers to bridge the gap between graphic design and technical implementation, taking an active role in the entire process. Experience Developers should be able to execute all stages from conceptualization to wireframes to final Development.

Required Skills

  • Mobile focused web development
  • 4+ years of on the job design/dev experience
  • Experience with UI/UX design and development
  • Extensive experience with Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects
  • Experience creating motion graphic videos/animation
  • Working Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap
  • Working Knowledge of jQuery and Javascript
  • Adaptive design

We’d Love It You Had These Skills

  • Experience with 2D or 3D modeling and animation
  • Completed degree in computer science, web design or equivalent field
